Saturday - A day of relaxation: Tuition was cancelled in the end.. The day started off with buffet lunch at Marriott Hotel. Me and dear reached Alicia's place at 11.15.. But this girl is even later than us! Took some time before she came down to meet us at her void deck. Reached Marriott slightly after 12 noon. Got ourselves seated and started to attack on all the yummy food! We got so tempted by all the delicious pastry such that before we finish all the maincourse dishes, we can't help but grabbed some desserts to try! They are really nice!
Some strawberry moouse
Fruit cocktail
A plate of cakes!
After our heavy lunch, we went to Agnes B at Shaw.. Alicia has been wanting to go there..But the bags are too expensive.. *Faint* Went to The Face Shop at Wisma where Dear got his peel-off Tomato mask and I got a pink nail polish from him..Hehe..Alicia got herself a nutrition coat.
Nail polish in Shimmering Lavender
Then, we started our crazy shopping spree. From Forever 21 to PepperPlus where we realised there is a sale! Got 2 tops for myself and Alicia got one..
A black cross-back top
Pink sleeveless top with some sequins
Spent a good $26 for both tops! Great deal.. Walked around Isetan and to Topshop where Alicia tried on a top but cost super expensive! Managed to persuade her out of buying that item. Continued our shopping journey to Takashimaya.. I got attracted by this shaw-like sweater and the sweet pastel colour series that M'phosis is launching. Walked in and tried on the sweater.. Perfect fit! Dear offered to sponsor part of the cost for me. I bought it after some consideration.

I decided on a pastel yellow one and Alicia bought an identical white one.. While paying at the cashier, Alicia spotted a handphone pouch and decided to buy it as well! This girl really can shop alot! We got tired and thirsty and had a drink at Coffee Bean.. After Dear went to exchange his faulty game bought on Friday, we headed back home. It was indeed very long since I shop so much with Alicia and it's really a nice de-stressing day for both of us!
Sunday - A day of work: As Saturday was a day for play, I didn't do much of my report.. Spent the whole of my Sunday completing the report which was to be handed in on Monday.. Went Pasar Malam at Panjang but there isn't anything much..
Monday - A busy day: Lab wasn't proceeding too smoothly.. Can't get the desired results after having to grind Zinc with mercury for 1 hour! Zinc is very hard and is not very soluble in mercury.. I guess it didn't break down into any smaller pieces despite the long hour of grinding.. Replaced the lousy data with "magic numbers" that my partner and I came up with in the end. Haha.. Had lunch and went for project discussion for Tuesday HRM presentation. Didn't managed to have a complete script written.. Very lost in what I am supposed to say during our rehearsal.. Realised the flow of our points are not too good.. Took us so long to sort everything out and reach an agreement among 4 of us. Dear waited for me for quite long in school..Felt so guilty making him wait with an empty stomach. Left school at 8.45pm and headed home. After dinner, I felt so tired.. So much more things to do for the presentation. Gotta do up a complete script and be familiar of what I have to say and to change the content on my slides coz the points are not strong enough.. I collasped at 10.30pm. Went to sleep and woke up at 3am to do the slides. Went back to sleep at 5.30 before waking up an hour later to prepare for school..
Tuesday - Fatigue: Can't stop yawning in class.. Feeling nervous and cold in the classroom.. Finally, it's time for me to speak. Surprising I spoke more calmly than I expected, though I still stammer a little. Our flow of points still wasn't any satisfactory as commented by Helen. A question was directed to me but I could not really answer it.. A meanie was commenting negatively about our points.. Looks more like he is targeting at a particular person. We got a little demoralised.. Went back for IA lecture.. Was very sleepy but managed to pull through.. Tuition was cancelled again.. So I came home to rest.. Finally I managed to rest peacefully without much bother in my mind..

Handwriting analysis:
For a graphologist, the spacing on the page reflects the writer's attitude toward their own world and relationship to things in his or her own space. If the inputted data was correct Meiling has left some white space on the left side of the paper. Meiling fills up the rest of the page in a normal fashion moving the entire writing rightward as she moves down the page. If this is true, then Meiling has a healthy relationship to the past and is ready to move on. The right side of the page represents the future and Meiling is ready and willing to get started living now and planning for the future. Meiling is leaving the past behind and moving on to what she perceives as an exciting and enticing future.
Meiling has a healthy imagination and displays a fair amount of trust. She lets new people into her circle of friends. She uses her imagination to understand new ideas, things, and people.
Meiling is very self-sufficient. She is trying not to need anyone. She is capable of making it on her own. She probably wants and enjoys people, but she doesn't "need" them. She can be a loner.

Meiling's true self-image is unreasonably low. Someone once told Meiling that she wasn't a great and beautiful person, and she believed them. Meiling also has a fear that she might fail if she takes large risks. Therefore she resists setting her goals too high, risking failure. She doesn't have the internal confidence that frees her to take risks and chance failure. Meiling is capable of accomplishing much more than she is presently achieving. All this relates to her self-esteem. Meiling's self-concept is artificially low. Meiling will stay in a bad situation much too long... why? Because she is afraid that if she makes a change, it might get worse. It is hard for Meiling to plan too far into the future. She kind of takes things on a day to day basis. She may tell you her dreams but she is living in today, with a fear of making a change. No matter how loud she speaks, look at her actions. This is perhaps the biggest single barrier to happiness people not believing in and loving themselves. Meiling is an example of someone living with a low self-image, because their innate self-confidence was broken.
Meiling is a cumulative and procedural thinker. She likes to have all the facts before making a decision. She thinks or creates much like a brick mason, stacking fact upon fact. Her thought pattern or the conclusion will not be complete until the last fact is in place. Like that brick wall, Meiling learns faster through visual demonstration than through quick verbal instructions. Once she has learned new material, and understood it, she won't forget. Meiling is a methodical thinker, therefore she is able to build things and come up with new ideas. In an argument, she often loses to rapid thinking people because she is thinking thirty minutes later about what she should have said. These people often are very booksmart, but can be out-gunned in a rapid fire verbal debate. She may learn new ideas at a slower pace than other "less detailed" people, but once she gets it, she can handle repetition. Some people hate jobs with too much repetition, she can handle it better than most.

Meiling will be candid and direct when expressing her opinion. She will tell them what she thinks if they ask for it, whether they like it or not. So, if they don't really want her opinion, don't ask for it!
Meiling will demand respect and will expect others to treat her with honor and dignity. Meiling believes in her ideas and will expect other people to also respect them. She has a lot of pride.

Meiling is moderately outgoing. Her emotions are stirred by sympathy and heart rendering stories. In fact, she can be kind, friendly, affectionate and considerate of others. She has the ability to put herself into the other person's shoes. Meiling will be somewhat moody, with highs and lows. Sometimes she will be happy, the next day she might be sad. She has the unique ability to get along equally well with what psychology calls introverts and extroverts. This is because she is in between. Psychology calls Meiling an ambivert. She understands the needs of both types. Although they get along, she will not tolerate anyone that is too "far out." She doesn't sway too far one way or the other. When convincing her to buy a product or an idea, a heart rendering story could mean a great deal to her. She puts herself in the same situation as the person in the story, yet she will not buy anything that seems overly impractical or illogical. Meiling is an expressive person. She outwardly shows her emotions. She may even show traces of tears when hearing a sad story. Meiling is a "middle-of-the-roader," politically as well as logically. She weighs both sides of an issue, sits on the fence, and then will decide when she finally has to. She basically doesn't relate to any far out ideas and usually won't go to the extreme on any issue.

People that write their letters in an average height and average size are moderate in their ability to interact socially. According to the data input, Meiling doesn't write too large or too small, indicating a balanced ability to be social and interact with others.

It's movie time again with Dear on Friday night!

Synopsis: As the feud between vampires and werewolves escalates to new heights, so too does Underworld Evolution, delivering a veritable feast of bloodthirsty power, forbidden love and sweeping vengeance. With the exposure of well-kept secrets and the tough resolve of one betrayed Vampire warrior, a centuries-long struggle between vicious predators has reached new heights of fierceness. But it is one Immortal's insatiable lust for power that leads to disturbing new disclosures about the origins of the feud between the Vampires and the Lycans. The past just got very twisted, and the future may reveal an entirely new breed, the likes of which no one has ever seen. The Underworld saga continues as hunted Vampire Selene (Kate Beckinsale) seeks out Marcus (Tony Curran), king of the Vampires, in the hope of bargaining for her life. Hybrid Michael (Scott Speedman) wants to join Selene in her quest but is unable to trust the werewolf raging uncontrolled inside him, and she refuses his companionship. Their love proves more powerful than genetics, however, when Marcus descends upon Selene, intent on annihilating her. In the battle that ensues, Selene discovers that she has been betrayed by her own family and she sets out to seek her revenge. Selene seeks out Adrian Tanis (Steven Mackintosh), official Historian of the Covens, for help unraveling the web of lies spun by Marcus and Viktor (Bill Nighy) in their battle for supremacy. Intrigue deepens when Tanis reveals the identity of the first true Immortal: not Marcus or Viktor as was believed, but Alexander Corvinus (Derek Jacobi), father to Marcus and his twin brother, William. Corvinus, like an omnipresent god on the fringes, has been tracking everyone’s movements and cleaning up after their wars, intent on keeping his descendents confined to the shadows of human society.Side by side, Selene and Michael battle the horrifically strong and determined Marcus, who is determined to release his imprisoned brother William from captivity and use his bloodlust to achieve world domination. Each confrontation unearths new revelations, casting a harsh light on previous events and cutting through the darkness of painful memories buried deep within.

Done with all 3 mid-term paper! But it's horrible! Couldn't do the calculations for lab paper on Monday.. Trying to understand the 2 questions within the short few minutes and the hints given aren't helpful in any way! Tried scribbling something down on the paper and rushing with the clock's ticking.. Tough! It will be no better in final exams..sigh..Tuesday paper consisted of true/false questions.. Seems easy but very tricky..There is negative marking, 7 marks gain for a correct answer, 3 marks deducted for a wrong answer and zero awarded if the question is left blank. Left 3 questions unattempted.. Yesterday was bad too! It is bascially testing our memory! For those who can memorise and throw out all the info will definitely score.. Bad for me.. Mind blank again..Can't recall what I had studied.. Stare blankly at the paper..8 out of 10 questions were left blank for that particular section of "Fill in the blanks". Better pray hard that I will pass the paper..
After paper, met dear at Plaza Singapura to exchange for a new handphone at Motorola Service Center. The new V3i razor is giving us problems.. Software problems i guess.. But gotta to exchange coz the keypad tone for my set is not functioning well.. I like the functions of the phone, but hope that certain problems can be rectify. Ate my favourite Prawn Taco Balls..Shopped around and got myself a new nail polish color from The Face Shop! Went to arcade and play our usual game before heading home..So tired..
So sad that KTV is cancelled today. Supposed to go KTV today with Meijiao, Shiling and Liang to relax after all our tests.. Too bad lo..Going for project discussion in school later.. Gotta prepare liao..
