First day of school after term break and today is a FRIDAY! Its so stupid to start school on Friday.. Blame it on the NUS system.. Anyway, this is not the main point of this entry. Together with Vylkians, we went to Settlers' Cafe at Holland for a small celebration for the September babies! I felt really excited coz I have heard about this Cafe from friends long ago. Settlers' Cafe is a place where friends can gather to eat and play games! They have a great variety of games, not only the usual Monopoly.. It has games that most of us have not even heard before. We played "Guesstures" where we have 4 cards and we have to use gestures to illustrate the word on the card while people in the same group will have to guess. There is a limited time to guess the word on each card. The group with the most points win! And most of us ordered the dinner set which comes with Soup, garlic bread, drink, main course and 2 scoops of ice cream! I had fish and chips and my favourite peach tea! However, the food is only average.. Hee.. Thanks Yihui for initiating and organising this gathering!

I am 21 today! I met Joanne yesterday afternoon to have my manicure done at Fast East. I chose French manicure with nail art on 4 of my fingers. Looks sweet and simple to me. We headed to East Coast for out dinner before heading to Cosy Bay for a drink. After which, we went to meet the rest at Jurong East for KTV at 10pm. So happy to see all of them there celebrating my birthday with me. And I had Swensens ice-cream cake!! Yummy!

I felt like a star, going around taking photo with everyone. =)Guess I was a little tired and appeared to be rather stoned by 1plus.. But I guess the rest had a great time singing till 3am. Hee. Thanks all my wonderful friends for coming and also the pendant. Not forgetting Qi who help me with the organisation of the celebration and TS for getting the cake. Thanks for making my birthday a wonderful and happy one!

After a great shopping spree on Friday, I am looking forward to today's program. Really hope can enjoy it, have fun and let it be a memorable one for me.

I am feeling much better after yesterday's talk. For the moment, being friends is a more comfortable approach that we will adopt. Like what he says, we will always be good friends. Though it is an end to a chapter, it unfolds another new chapter of our lives. At least I am happier with the way things are now. Time will heal all wounds. Negative things will need time to forget and forgive. Hope that we will find our own happiness along the way. No matter what, thanks for everything. Friends forever...

I am busy mugging... But I feel so sian so I am here writing nonsense in my blog.. =p I have been thinking of how to spend my birthday coz I have yet to confirm anything! And I want to take some time to groom myself.. I want a set of new clothes.. A simple top and a skirt for 19th. I want to trim my eyebrow. I wanted to dye my hair but I am on budget.. Cannot spend too much coz I must save money! Well, hoping that the sun will be out coz I really hope to go sentosa on monday.. Guess I need some tan.. I don't want to look so "white".. Also can go beach to relax and enjoy the breeze.. Quite long since I did that.. Looking forward to an enjoyable birthday!!

Finally finished Viva yesterday. I guess I am real lucky to get by with rather manageable questions. Despite some confusion and blurness, I am still able to answer most of the questions nervously.. For this week and for the first time, I don't have to do lab report. What a nice feeling.. Mid-term break is coming, yet I will have to celebrating my birthday with work piling up.. I wonder will I fully enjoy my 21st birthday.. I must work hard during term break coz I have too many doubts accumulating and with so many chapters of my textbook unread. Not forgetting my readings for Chinese Biz in Spore and Chinese... When can I finish my work? *thinking*
I had a tiring long day.. Tomorrow must start working on IA coz friday having quiz again.. And I took a few hours just to read miserable 4 pages yesterday in library.. Hee.. So late and sleepy now.. I shall go hide under my blanket and sleep.. Zzz...

This is my first entry after near a month.. Firstly, I must thank Qi for helping me with this blog skin and spending hours to teach me what to do! Guess for the past weeks I am so busy with work and I have been trying very hard to be a nerd!
Things wasn't going smoothly for me.. Just want to focus on my studies now. I have been slacking too much. I better get my momentum started for studying.. =)
I got to start cracking on my lab report. After which I have to study for Viva tomorrow.. Busy busy..
