Terror Monday is here and I had my first lab after so long. Though I had prepared for the experiment I am doing, I still felt so blur and lost. Due to my clumsiness, I broke an apparatus! Lucky enough, one of my lab frens helped me clear the mess. But I guess half the time I am lost. I had to ask people how to do the next step, where to get the apparatus needed etc.. What's more is that the lab is freaking hot and I can't stop sweating throughout the whole 7.5 hours! And I seriously hate queueing up for equipments... Well, there were only 4 setups to conduct oxygen intake of the product. It took me ages before it was my turn to complete that section of the experiment. I was among the last few who completed the whole experiment at 4.30pm. I was so tired and sweaty after that!! I am going to have Monday blues every week. What a day to start the week with!

I had my first day of school yesterday. After such a long holiday, I am not used to sitting in the LT listening to the lecture attentively, taking down notes and understanding new concepts introduced. What's worse is I am still in holiday mood! I am trying so hard to get myself opening up my notes and go through what was being taught without falling asleep. In addition, lab starts on MONDAY! So it means I have to start reading and preparing myself for Monday's lab! Sad to say I have yet to read the lab manual. Well, I guess I just got to do it tomorrow else I will be so lost and blur on Monday. I can't imagine having to start a week with a boring Monday in lab and getting so sweaty and tired after every session... Luckily I had something interesting to complement boring Chemistry modules. Well, I attended the first lecture on Chinese business In Singapore and beyond and it seems rather interesting! It was the only lecture that I managed to keep myself awake and listen throughout the lecture. The lecturer is a friendly lady and she had made the first lecture interesting by showing a short clip from "I not stupid" in effort to illustrate how culture plays a role in businesses especially for the Chinese. I will be looking forward for next fri to arrive, hoping the lecture will be as interesting as the first one. As for now, I have to start transforming into a NERD!! =p

I had a bad start today! I was supposed to go for a career talk in school which starts at 1pm. Guess what! I was waiting for 66 since 11.50am... and I waited till 12.20 and no bus 66 came! So I went 963 bus stop hoping to board 963 and reach school on time... Sad to say I waited till 12.50 and I gave up. In the end, I had to forgo the talk and I could not pass the Jap textbooks to Weiwen as promised. I was so angry, so I crossed over the road to take a bus down Panjang Plaza to get my concession, deposit some money and did a little shopping on my own.
Thanks to Dar as he fetched me to Holland Village where I am supposed to meet Alicia. As Alicia has Swenson's voucher, we headed there for some dessert and pasta. We had Banana Crumble and Crayfish Pasta. Yummy!! Thanks for the $15 treat, gal! We had a nice chat the whole evening and this really offset the frustration I got from the bus incident in the noon..
And to Alicia: Perhaps things are not that easy to forget, but you have to take some time. No matter what, you have to do it. You know it will be good for you. I don't want to see you being so sad. I am so afraid that I would make you sad when we start talking about it. Please be strong and try to concentrate on your FYP and studies. I have given you my word to lend you a listening ear when you need and not to forget your shopping therapy session! I am glad you have let all the bottomed feelings off your chest and I am sure you have felt better. Continue to smilez =D Take care and hope to see you soon...

I went for a shopping spree at JB yesterday. Dar promised to bring me to JB before school terms starts next week, so he sacrificed his sleep and we took a bus now to JB. This time round, we were shopping in City Square and I got 2 big shopping bags with lots of stuff inside! Let me list down what I bought:
Marie Claire sling bag - RM 39.90
Pair of flats - RM 10 (Super good deal right?)
Pair of shoes - RM 32 (after 20% discount)
2 pairs of shorts - RM 20
Winne the Pooh jumpers for my cousin's baby - RM 35 (after 20% discount and it looks very cute!)
I calculated to have spent about S$70 for all these. In addition, I spotted a nice-looking denim skirt at Levi's.. The skirt costs RM 199.. I guess it is rather expensive.. I was so tempted to try, but I was afraid that I would want to buy it if it looks nice on me. Anyway I did not try it in the end.
I had a great day shopping in JB! So happy =)
